黔南州福鼎种与木地种生化成分分析

摘  要:
以福鼎种和本地种为材料,在贵定、惠水、瓮安、平塘、都匀等五地取鲜叶固样,分析不同品种、不同地域的茶叶水浸出物、茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱、黄酮类等生化成分.结果表明:不同地区的福鼎种与本地种部分生化成分具有显著差异性;本地种茶多酚、咖啡碱含量较福鼎种高,而福鼎种的黄酮类物质明显高于本地种;按照适制性与酚氨比的关系,本地种与福鼎种均可红绿茶兼制,瓮安福鼎做绿茶较好;同一地区不同品种在生化成分上呈现了较明显的一致性.

摘  要:
Biochemical components including water extracts, polyphenols, amino acids, caffeine and flavonoid from the Guiding, Huishui, Weng 'an, Pingtang, Duyun of Fuding dabai and Native varieties were analyzed. The results showed: The different alias part of biochemical components with significant differences; Native species in Fuding tea polyphenols and caffeine content is higher, and the flavonoids from Fuding species was higher than native species; According to the relationship between the optimum system and phenol ammonia ratio, Native species and Fuding are fit for green tea and black tea, and the Wenghn is better green tea; The different varieties in the same area in the biochemical compositions presented obvious consistency.
