摘  要：
用纯化A型魏氏梭菌毒素致敏醛化绵羊红细胞,建立了检测A型魏氏梭菌毒素的间接血凝抑制试验（IHAI）。此法可检出20ng/ml的A型魏氏梭菌毒素,比小白鼠致死性测定法的敏感性高约13倍;与小鼠中和试验（NT）检测家兔粪样有很高的符合率。间接血凝抑制试验具有快速、敏感、特异简便和易于推广等优点,可用于家兔A型魏氏梭菌下痢的快速诊断和其它方面的毒素检测。

摘  要：
An indirect hemagglutination inhibition test ( IHAI ) has been develo ped to detect faecal type A Clostridium welchii toxins for diagnosing rabbit dysentery caused by C. welchii type A. IHAI was sensitive enough to detect as little as 20 ng/ml. of toxins, and was about 13 times more sensitive than the mouse lethal test ( LD50 ) . Specificity of the assay was shown by com paring results with those obtained from neutralization test ( NT ) with mice and culture and isolation of causative agents from dysentery rabbits, and by the assay of faecal samples from control rabbits. By means of the IHAI, 108 faecal samples from 5 separate outbreaks of type A C. welchii dysentery of rabbits were detected, 76.85% ( 83/108 ) being toxin positive. The IHAI was rapid, specific, sensitive, accurate and easy, and could be used for diagnosis of rabbit dysentery caused by C. welchii type A.
