新公司法对企业股东权益的保护与完善

摘  要：
《公司法》的设立是为了保护企业的权益,尤其是中小股东的权益。但是《公司法》的制定还存在着一些不足之处,这些是需要国家去完善和补充。本文主要阐述了保护中小股东权益的意义,现行的《公司法》中存在的不足之处,完善我国对于中小股东的保护权益方案,根据我国国情,建立比较完善的《公司法》,实现保护中小股东权益的目标。

摘  要：
The formulation of Company Law has played a great role inprotecting the rights and interests of minority shareholders, but there are also some shortcomings, which the state needs to further improve and strengthen. This paper mainly expounds the practical significance of the protection of the rights and interests of the minority shareholders, the deficiency of the protection of the rights and interests of the minority shareholders in the Company Law and the perfection of the protection of the rights and interests of the minority shareholders in enterprises by the Company Law, with a view to continuously perfecting the country through the Company Law. Effectively enhance the protection of the rights and interests of small and medium shareholders.
