摘 要：
In view of the current situation and problems of financial management in agricultural research institutes,the paper put forward the idea of horizontally-covered and longitudinally-penetrated cloud finance service and management and the demand of implementing the idea so as to eliminate malpractices in selecting the accounting management patterns.
