不同肥料处理对白菜品质的影响

摘  要:
研究分析了NPK(施氮磷钾肥)、NPK+Fe(施氮磷钾肥和铁肥)、NPK+Mn(施氮磷钾肥和锰肥)、NPK+Zn(施氮磷钾肥和锌肥)对白菜不同生育时期土壤中碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾以及白菜生物量、白菜品质的影响。结果表明,施用微肥和普通肥料相比,在整体生物量水平上没有很高的优势,最多提高3.42%;其中,白菜中Vc含量提高了32.26%,还原糖提高了162.35%,硝酸盐含量降低了43.64%,同时对磷钾的吸收也有一定的帮助。综合考虑,NPK+Zn是3种自制微肥中效果最好的一种,使作物的产量及品质都得到了提高。

摘  要:
This article analyzed the effects of NPK(NPK fertilizer), NPK + Fe(NPK fertilizer and Fe fertilizer), NPK + Mn(NPK fertilizer and Mn fertilizer), NPK + Zn(NPK fertilizer and Zn fertilizer)on alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, cabbage biomass, cabbage quality in the Chinese cabbage different growth stages. The result showed that the application of micro-fertilizer and ordinarry fertilizer, the overall biomass level was not very high, up to 3.42%. The Vc content increased 32.26%, the reducing sugar increased 162.35%, and the nitrate content in cabbage was greatly reduced, and the maximum content of nitrate was decreased by 43.64%. The absorption of phosphorus and potassium had some help. Considering all the indexes, NPK + Zn was the best one of the three kinds of self-made micro-fertilizers. Both NPK and Zn had good effects on crop yield and quality as well as on environment.
