头孢维星的药动学研究

摘要：

头孢维星作为犬、猫的临床常用药,具有吸收快、消除半衰期长、生物利用度高、药效持久、安全性好、治疗指数高等特点,单剂量给药后可在体内维持14 d的有效血药浓度。其常被用于治疗由伪中间型葡萄球菌、艰难梭菌、大肠埃希菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌等引起的犬、猫疾病。同时也常作为预防用药,防治术后感染。本文拟对头孢维星的药动学研究进展做以综述,以期为头孢维星的临床用药提供科学指导。

摘要：

According to the pharmacokinetics of the Cefovecin, Cefovecin were mainly used in the skin and soft tissue infections of dogs and cats by intermediate Staphylococcus aureus, Clostridium difficile, Escherichia coli, Pasteurella multocida and carrying pyodermia caused by the mec A gene of Staphylococcus aureus in dogs. Cefovecin can be used after surgical operation for prevention of postoperative infection of dogs and cats. For dogs and cats, Cefovecin has the characteristics of fast absorption, long elimination half-life, high bioavailability, good efficacy, safety, and high therapeutic index. After a single dose administration the effective blood concentration can be maintained for 14 d.
