甲苯咪唑在团头鲂体内主要代谢物及其变化规律研究

摘  要:
为了确定甲苯咪唑在团头鲂(Megalobrama amblycephala)体内主要代谢产物,实验用1 mg/L甲苯咪唑水溶液浸泡团头鲂,分别在浸泡后1、2、4、8、12和24 h,分别采集肝脏、肌肉、胆汁和血液,采用高效液相串联质谱法(HPLC-MS-MS)定量和标准品比对法进行鉴定。结果显示,甲苯咪唑(MBZ)在团头鲂体内所占的比例随着时间的延长逐渐降低,羟基甲苯咪唑(MBZ-OH)和氨基甲苯咪唑(MBZ-NH4)逐渐升高。MBZ-OH和MBZ-NH4百分比都占到总残留的10%以上,二者为主要代谢产物,应作为残留检测的主要监控目标。

摘  要:
In order to determine the main metabolites of mebendazole( MBZ) in Megalobrama amblycephala,the samples of liver,muscle,bile and blood were collected at intervals of 1,2,4,8,12 and 24 h after bath treatment of 1 mg MBZ /L in water. High performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry( HPLC-MS-MS) was used for compound quantification,and the standard of metabolites were used for control. The results demonstrated that the percentages of mebendazole( MBZ) decreased gradually with time after treatment,but its metabolites,hydroxyl mebendazole( MBZOH) and amino mebendazole( MBZ-NH4) increased gradually with time. The ratios of MBZ-OH and MBZ-NH4for total residues were more than 10%,hence the two compounds were main metabolites of MBZ in M. amblycephala,which should be taken as monitoring targets for residues determination.
