摘  要：
饲料是畜牧养殖最主要的投入品,饲料质量安全直接影响着畜产品的质量安全.本文从饲料原料、生产加工、规范使用、检验监管等方面分析了饲料质量安全问题,提出了建立饲料监管长效机制和强化饲料质量安全监测等应对措施,旨在为防范饲料质量安全隐患、保障畜产品质量安全提供参考.

摘  要：
Fodder is the most important input for animal husbandry. Quality and safety of fodder can directly affect the quality and safety of animal products. This paper analyzed problems of fodder safety in raw materials, production and processing,standard use, inspection and supervision, etc., and put forward countermeasures from the establishment of long-term mechanism for fodder regulation and strengthening fodder quality and safety monitoring, aiming to prevent hidden dangers of fodder quality and safety, and ensure the quality and safety of animal by-products.
