当前实施乡村振兴战略将"坚持农民主体地位"作为一条基本原则,充分彰显了乡村振兴中对农民的重视。被称为"中国农民代言人"的杜润生先生一生情寄三农、心系农民,在推动中国农村改革进程中,通过对中国历史的深刻认识、对西方农村社会发展的广泛了解、尤其是对马克思主义理论的深入研究,在长期的工作实践中提出了一系列"尊重农民、发展农民"的思想,比如正确认识农民,充分调动农民的积极性;组织农民协会,建立代表农民利益的共同体;重视农民"权利贫困",给农民以国民待遇;注重农村调查研究,倾听农民的声音等。这些思想对于当前实施乡村振兴战略具有重要的参考价值。

摘 要：
The current pursuing Rural Revitalization Strategy regards‘upholding the principal status of peasants' as a basic principle,which fully demonstrates the importance attached to peasants in rural revitalization. Mr. Du Runsheng,known as the spokesman of Chinese peasants,expressed his feelings for agriculture,countryside and peasants in his lifetime. In the process of promoting the reform of Chinese countryside,he put forward a series of thoughts of ‘respecting and developing the peasants',such as correctly understanding the peasants and fully mobilizing their enthusiasm; organizing peasants‘associations to establish a community representing the interests of the peasants; attaching importance to peasants' ‘rights poverty'and giving them national treatment; paying attention to rural investigation and research,listening to the voices of the peasants and so on. Those thoughts were based on the profound understanding of Chinese history,the extensive understanding of the development of western countryside society,especially the in-depth study of Marxist theory,These important ideas have important reference value for the pursuing the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
