摘  要：
海河划界具有重要的实践意义和深远的历史意义,可以说是功在当代、利在千秋的事业。海河划界涉及很多方面、层次和学科,本文综合了国内外对海河划界的研究,主要从行政管理的角度,对我省海河划界的方式、方法进行初步探讨,旨在抛砖引玉、更好地为我省海洋综合管理和渔业生产服务。

摘  要：
The delimitation of the Sea and the River has involved many aspects,levels and subjects.This paper synthesizes the researches of the delimitation of the Sea and the River abroad and at home,and primarily discusses the method of the delimitation of the Sea and the River in Fujian province at the angle of administrative arrangement,which aims to provide a suitable service for oceanic general management and the production of the fishery.
