籼、粳稻亚种间和粳稻不同生育期对褐稻虱种群消长的影响

摘  要:
本文探讨籼、粳稻亚种间和粳稻不同生育期对褐稻虱(Nilaparvata lugens Stal)种群消长的影响。试验证实籼稻和粳稻两亚种分蘖期均有利于褐稻虱增长。明确指出主要因素是籼、粳稻亚种和粳稻不同生育期稻株内可溶性糖和游离氨基酸含量不等而致。

摘  要:
This study demonstrated that Indica rice plants at various growth stages and Japonica rice plants at tillering stage were a diet favorable to the development of Nilaparvata lugens.N. lugens on Indica rice plants had higher feed intake (except Ist instar nymphs), quicker growth and development accompanied with more weight than on Japonica rice plants. There were more brachypterous individuals and female adults of N. lugens occurring on Indica rice plants than on Japonica rice plants.However, N. lugens on Japonica rice plants at tillering stage, also showed higher survival rate than at other growth stages. Meanwhile, nymphs grew faster, the occurrence of brachypterous individuals was higher and the weight of adults more increased.The analysis of nutrient content indicated that Indica rice plants had mroe total free amino acids and less soluble sugar than Japonica rice plants and Japonica rice plants at tillering stage had also more total free amino acid and less soluble sugar than at other stages.The nutrient content level of rice plants was the key factor determining the population dynamics of N. lugens. Under the same ecological conditions, Indica rice plants at various stages, and Japonica rice plants at tillering stage, were considered to be more preferable diet plants for N. lugens and tended to be more attacked by it.
