空心化村庄废弃地整理潜力研究——以江苏省邳州市为例

摘 要：
空心化村庄是我国农村社会经济发展过程中出现的一种特殊现象,它是我国长期城乡二元结构背景下的矛盾激化与问题积淀。其废弃地整理是协调人地关系、缓解人地矛盾的有效手段。该文以邳州市空心化村庄为例,在对空心化村庄进行分类的基础上,针对不同空心化村庄整治模式采取对应的废弃地整理潜力测算方法,测算出邳州市可调整建设用地指标近1/5。

摘 要：
With the development of rural social economy in China,the hollowing villages has become a special phenomenon led by contradictions and problems of long-term urban-rural dual structure.Wasteland consolidating in hollowing villages is an effective measure in harmonizing man-land relationship and relieving the contradictions between land and population.Taking Pizhou city as an example,this paper adopted corresponding calculation methods to calculate the potentiality of wasteland consolidation in different reconstruction models based on classifying hollowing villages.The results showed that the adjustable construction land indicator of Pizhou accounted for one-fifth of the total lands.
