褪黑素增强翅果油树幼苗生理耐盐能力

摘  要:
盐胁迫破坏植物膜系统,翅果油树不耐盐碱,育苗生产受土壤次生盐碱化影响严重。通过盆栽试验,测定叶片耐盐抗氧化物质含量和酶活性,研究褪黑素增强翅果油树幼苗耐盐能力的效能。结果表明:喷施褪黑素浓度200 μmol/L有效提升供试幼苗叶片还原型谷胱甘肽含量和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶等抗氧化酶活性。综合分析认为,喷施褪黑素能够增强翅果油树幼苗耐盐能力,推荐喷施浓度为200 μmol/L。

摘  要:
Salt stress destroys the plant membrane system,Elaeagnus mollis has not a ability of saline-tolerant,it’seedling production is seriously affected by secondary soil salinization.The test through pot experiment,and the content of salt-tolerant and anti-oxidant substances and enzyme activity in leaves were determined,and the effect of melatonin on enhancing the salt tolerance of Elaeagnus mollis seedlings was studied.The result shows that:spraying melatonin with a concentration of 200 μmol/L can effectively increased the content of reduced glutathione,and also improved the activity of antioxidant enzymes such as ascorbate peroxidase,catalase,superoxide dismutase,and peroxidase in the leaves of the tested seedlings.Comprehensive analysis suggests that spraying melatonin can enhance the salt tolerance of Elaeagnus mollis seedlings,and the recommended spraying concentration is 200 μmol/L.
