遗传算法在农业移动机器人路径规划中的应用——基于矩阵二进制编码

摘  要:
基于生成编码、适应度函数、交叉和变异等4个方面,提出和实现了一种在农业移动机器人导航和路径规划中使用的矩阵二进制编码的新变种遗传算法。结合对农业移动机器人路径规划问题模型的分析,基于矩阵二进制编码的遗传算法,进行了农业移动机器人路径规划的MatLab仿真分析。实验结果表明:农业移动机器人在存在复杂障碍物的情况下能够实现路径规划与导航,且所求路径是该条件下机器人穿过障碍物耗时最少、运动代价最小的路线。

摘  要:
It proposed a new variant genetic algorithm based on matrix binary coding used in navigation and path planning of agricultural mobile robots,which is implemented in four parts: generation coding,fitness function,crossover and mutation. Combined with the analysis of the model of agricultural mobile robot path planning problem. Then,MATLAB simulation analysis of agricultural mobile robot path planning is carried out based on the matrix binary coding genetic algorithm. The experimental results show that the agricultural mobile robot can achieve path planning and navigation in the presence of complex obstacles,which is the path that the robot traverses the obstacles with the least time-consuming and the least cost of movement.
