摘  要：
中国加入世贸必将给中国经济尤其是农业经济带来巨大冲击。本文在具体分析以美国为首的西方大庄园经济的运作的基础上 ,提出了具有中国特色的大庄园经济模式 ,并就其模式的内容、特点和突破口做了详细的介绍 ,最后进一步研究了为建立该模式需要在产权制度、组织形式、农业技术、经营手段等方面所作出的变革和创新。

摘  要：
China will join in WTO.It will necessarily bring tremendous impacts to the economy of China,especially the economy of China agriculture.In the article,we concretely analyzing the operation of occidental latifundio economy that headed by America,bring forward a latifundio economy model provided with characteristics of China.Then we recommend the content,traits as well as points of this model in detail.Finally we ulteriorly study the transform and innovation in property right system,organizing form,agriculture technique and management means that are required when we put the model into practice.
