介质阻挡放电降解废水中硝基苯的研究

摘  要:
探讨介质阻挡放电处理硝基苯废水的低能、高效工艺,利用气相色谱检测样品中硝基苯的含量,考察催化剂、放电电压、空速、时间和浓度等各因素对硝基苯降解率的影响。通过正交实验得出的最佳工艺条件为:催化剂Ti O2浓度为400 mg/L,反应电压为26kV,反应时间为30 min,空气流速为600 mL/min。验证实验结果显示,在最佳工艺条件下,降解率平均可达96.46%,RSD=1.23%,表明经优化后工艺条件可靠。

摘  要:
In this study,experiments were done to optimize the condition of degradation nitrobenzene by Dielectric Barrier Discharge(DBD).The influence factors of degradation nitrobenzene were studied and analyzed.The concentration of nitrobenzene was examined by gas chromatography,the optimum conditions of degradation nitrobenzene were investigated by orthogonal design,and results showed that the optimum conditions were:catalyst is TiO2 and the concentration of it is 400mg/L,voltage is 26kV,the flow of air is 600mL/min,and react time is 30min.The degradation nitrobenzene was up to 96.46% in average under optimum conditions,RSD=1.23%,which indicated that the optimum process was stable and accurate.
