摘 要：
黑木耳(Auricularia auricular)种植过程中化学投入品的合理使用可以促进黑木耳的增产丰收,但不规范使用则会造成黑木耳的质量安全风险,因此开展黑木耳中投入品残留的风险评估对于控制黑木耳的质量安全具有重要的理论和实践意义。本研究调研了湖北省黑木耳主产区种植过程中化学投入品的使用概况,对黑木耳生产中使用的投入品成分进行了分析验证,同时对黑木耳产品中投入品的残留情况进行了检测验证评估,并对比不同栽培方式黑木耳中投入品的残留安全。通过本项研究为黑木耳食品安全的风险评估提供科学依据,为政府监管提供有价值的指导。

摘 要：
Although the use of agricultural inputs has promoted the growth of production of Auricularia auricular, non-standard use can cause risk of quality and safety. In order investigate the use of agricultural inputs in Auricularia auricular, the four kinds inputs were gathered and validated in laboratory. Meanwhile 50 samples of Auricularia auricular collected form Hubei province were analyzed for obtaining the residual data of pesticides. Dietary intake exposures risks among different consumer groups were assessed. The residual in the different ways of cultivation were compared. The analytical results indicated that there were hardly no risk of these pesticide residues on apples to human health.The risk assessment provides scientific basis of food safety and valuable guidance for government supervision.
