摘  要：
综述了烟草香味物质提取新技术,包括超临界CO_2萃取、微波萃取、双水相萃取、超声波提取、酶法提取等,分离纯化技术包括分子蒸馏技术、膜分离技术、大孔吸附树脂分离法、高速逆流色谱法、分子印迹技术。通过多种提取分离方法的例举阐述了烟草制品用烟草香味物质的研究现状,并对烟草香味物质提取与分离纯化技术的发展前景进行了展望。

摘  要：
The extraction,separation and purification techniques of tobacco fragrance compounds were reviewed. The extraction techniques included supercritical CO_2 extraction,microwave extraction,aqueous two-phase extraction,supersonic extraction,enzyme extraction and so on. The separation and purification techniques included molecular distillation technique,membrane separation technique,large hole adsorption resin separation method,high-speed countercurrent chromatography and molecular imprinting technique. The research status of tobacco fragrance compounds used in new tobacco products were elaborated. The development prospects of extraction,separation and purification techniques about tobacco fragrance compounds were put forward.
