我国不同地区高粱籽粒寄藏真菌种群分析

摘  要:
采用分离培养检验法,对采自我国13个省17市区的274份高粱籽粒寄藏真菌类群进行了分析,结果表明:主要分离获得链格孢菌(Alternaria spp.)、曲霉菌(Aspergillus spp.)、镰孢菌(Fusarium spp.)、青霉菌(Penicillium spp.)、芽枝孢菌(Cladosporiumspp.)、蠕孢菌(Bipolaris spp.)和弯孢霉菌(Curvularia spp.)共7个不同类群真菌。在分离到的真菌中,链格孢菌、曲霉菌和镰孢菌等出现频率较高,分别为33.61%、16.6%和14.98%,高粱籽粒带菌率、带菌种类及分离频率地区间差异明显。

摘  要:
The 274 samples of sorghum seeds which collected from 17 cities in 13 provinces were tested for seed borne fungi.The results showed that 7 kinds of seed borne fungi were isolated from tested sorghum seed samples,including Alternaria spp.,Aspergillus spp.,Fusarium spp.,Penicillium spp.,Cladosporium spp.,Helminthosporium spp.,and Curvularia spp.etc.Among the isolated fungi,Alternaria spp.,Aspergillus spp.and Fusarium spp.had high frequency,with 33.61%,16.6% and 14.98% respectively.The seed borne fungal species,frequency and carrier rate of sorghum seeds were different among areas.
