摘  要：
以生存、发展为目的的民族交往交流是实现民族交融的前提。在中华民族一体化进程中,各民族在交往交流中共同因素的增加,生发出中国民族特殊的生存互动关系。在国家在场的影响下,各民族、区域之间的良性互动,呈现出一种融合的状态。这使得人员的迁移能够有效地在新区域中实现文化的适应和认同。由此,中华民族在以"和而不同,同谋发展"的道路上,朝着更加包容、友好、亲近、认同的方向发展。从而为构建中华民族命运共同体打下坚实的基础。

摘  要：
The exchange of nationalities with the purpose of survival and development is the prerequisite for the realization of national integration. In the process of the integration of the Chinese nation, the common factors in the exchanges and exchanges between the various ethnic groups have produced a special interaction and interaction between the Chinese nation. Under the influence of the presence of the state, the benign interaction between ethnic groups and regions presents a state of integration. This enables the migration of personnel to effectively achieve cultural adaptation and recognition in the new area. As a result,the Chinese nation has developed in a more friendly, inclusive and intimate direction on the road of "harmony and difference, and common development." Thereby laying a solid foundation for the construction of the Chinese nation's destiny community.
