摘  要：
依据国土空间规划体系的完整性与系统性理念,探讨山水林田湖草海一体化的湿地保护与利用模式.以临高县为例,深入分析生态系统类型、特点及现状问题,通过分区管控、分级管理、分类保护、系统修复、合理利用策略,探索热带湿地生态系统保护修复的理论与实践,以期为海南国家生态文明试验区及"山水林田湖草海"全要素系统保护与修复提供实践借鉴.

摘  要：
Relying on the systematic and holistic concept of land spatial planning system,this paper discusses wetland protection and utilization integrating mountains, rivers, forests, farmlands, lakes, grasslands and sea. Lingao country was taken as an example, an in-depth analysis of ecosystem types, characteristics and current problems was conducted. Through the strategies of zoning control, hierarchical management, classified protection, systematic restoration and rational utilization,this paper explores the theory and practice of tropical wetland ecosystem conservation and restoration. To provide practical reference for Hainan national ecological civilization pilot area and systematic protection and restoration of all elements of “mountains, rivers, forests, farmlands, lakes, grasslands and sea”.
