饱和蒸汽下原木除害处理木心升温规律的理论分析

摘  要:
建立了饱和蒸汽下原木除害处理木材中心温度变化规律的理论模型,分析表明蒸汽温度、初始温度、加热时间、原木密度、含水率、半径等因素是升温过程中的主要影响因素,升温所需时间与原木半径平方成正比,与径向导温系数成反比。通过模型的进一步推导,得出了原木中心点最大升温速率时间及最大升温速率的理论表达式。通过模型计算表明,采用饱和蒸汽进行原木热处理具有操作周期上的可行性,通过在最大升温速率点的保温加热可进一步缩短处理周期,提高除害处理的经济性。

摘  要:
The theoretical model of the central temperature of the logs under saturated vapor for disinfection treatment was constructed in this paper. It shows that the saturated vapor temperature,the initial temperature,the processing time,the density,the moisture content and the radius of the logs were the main factors to the central temperature. The processing time is proportionate to the square of the radius,and is inversely proportional to the thermal diffusivity in radial direction. By further calculation,we get the theoretical equation of the maximum heating rate and the corresponding processing time. The theoretical model indicates that disinfection treatment of the logs under saturated vapor is feasible in processing time,and the processing time can be shorted with preserving heat from the maximum heating rate to the end,then the cost of disinfection treatment will be reduced.
