木塑复合材料制备中的硅烷改性研究

摘  要:
应用紫外光谱法研究了木塑复合材料制备过程中纤维素的硅烷偶联改性反应,采用对硝基苯甲醛作为紫外吸收检测剂对有机硅烷偶联反应中胺基密度进行定量表征,并探讨了有机硅烷偶联反应的影响因素。发现偶联反应2h基本完全,提高偶联剂浓度和偶联反应真空度均可以促进偶联反应的进行,硅烷偶联改性可使蔗渣木塑材料抗冲击强度达到19.8kJ/m2、拉伸强度达到22.0MPa。

摘  要:
The silane coupling modification to the bagasse cellulose in the wood plastic composite (WPC) preparation process was studied through the ultraviolet spectrographic methods,the p-nitrobenzaldehyde was served as detection agent in the ultraviolet spectrum absorption to quantitate the amino density in the coupling reaction,and the influencing factor in the silane coupling reaction was also studied. The coupling reaction came to an end in about 2 hours,the coupling reaction vacuum degree was increased and the silane solution concentration may promote coupling reaction,the impact strength reached 19.8 kJ/m2 and the tensile strength reached 22.0 MPa after the silane coupling modification to bagasse in WPC.
