摘要：

为挽救江南农村经济 ,在国民党政府的倡导下 ,江南农村信用合作社兴起并发展起来。江南农村信用合作社在组织、经营和监督上有自身的特点 ,它对江南农村经济的复苏起了一定的作用 ,但不能从根本上解决江南农村经济中存在的问题。

摘要：

To survive the rural economy in JiangNan(The South of the Yangtze River),the rural credit societies,initiated by KMT government ,came to form and developed.The rural credit societies specialized in its organization,management and supervision. It had played a limit role in recovering the rural economy,and it could not thoroughly solve the serious problems in country economy.
