水平摘锭式采棉机凸轮盘建模与铸造工艺的分析

摘  要:
凸轮盘是采棉机工作的核心部件,采棉过程中摘锭的运动轨迹直接影响采棉机的采摘质量。本文分析了采棉机采摘过程中的运动规律,采用Catia软件建立采棉头模型,在运动仿真模块中得到了导向槽轮廓线,并对凸轮盘铸造工艺进行了设计与分析。研究所得结果可为采棉机凸轮盘的制造提供理论基础,并为设备研制提供技术参考。

摘  要:
The cam plate which controls the motion trajectory of spindle in the process of picking cotton is the key component of cotton-picking machine and directly affects the quality of cotton-picking machine's harvest.The movement law of the cottonpicking machine in the process of picking was analyzed,and then the picking units model were established in Catia,and the contour of guide groove was obtained in the motion simulation module.The casting process of cam plate was designed and analyzed. This research provides theoretical basis for making the cam plate of cotton-picking machine and offers the technical reference for equipment development.
