瘦肉型猪饲养方法的探讨

摘  要:
为探讨适合瘦肉型猪的饲养方法,从1982年5月开始以不同品种猪连续进行了三批两种饲养方式(全期敞饲与前敞后限)及三种饲料配方(全期含粗朊16%、15%及前期18%后期14%)的2×3因子饲养试验,结果表明前敞后限虽较全期敞饲增重稍慢,但瘦肉率明显提高,瘦肉型猪更显著(P<0.05)。用三种不同配方饲喂结果,瘦肉率差异不显著。但均以全期饲用16%粗朊配方的瘦肉率较高。若以前敞后限饲养方式与全期饲喂16%粗朊饲粮综合使用,则能获最高的瘦肉率。为符合生产实际,经三批试验,结果表明在后期饲粮中添加15%稻草粉,降低饲粮营养浓度,即使敞饲也同样可达到以质限饲的目的。曾对两批用三种不同水平粗朊饲喂的杜×上杂交猪,各进行了不同体重的三期氮代谢测定,其进食氮量(x)与沉积氮量(Y)呈现较强相关(r=0.753),并得回归方程式:Y=11.705+0.1435x,也证明在肥育后期提高饲粮粗朊水平符合瘦肉型猪的生长发育规律。上述饲养方法已在五批548头肉猪的生产扩大试验中得到验证。

摘  要:
In an effort to find a feeding system suitable for lean type pigs, three 2×3 factorial experiments with different breeds of pigs were conducted from May of 1982, using two feeding regimes, namely ad lib feeding in the whole experiment stage (regime 1) and ad lib feeding in the fore phase and restricted feeding in the late phase (regim 2) with three feed formulas (16% or 15% CP in the whole stage, and 18% CP in the fore phase and 14% in the late phase). The results showed that by comparison with the regimes, the regime 2 gave slightly smaller daily gain, slightly better feed conversion, evidently higher lean rate, and the latter difference was more significant for lean type pigs breed (P<0.05). Whereas for the three for- mulas, variance analysis showed no significant difference between the carcass lean rates of three formulas, but the 16% CP formula tended to give the higher lean rate. It seems that the highest carcass lean rate could be obtained by combining the regime 2 with the whole stage 16% CP formula. Considering the practices of production, three experiments on decreased nutr- ient density of the diet were conducted. The results showed that adding 15% ground rice straw to the diet during the latter phase of finishing period in the regime 1 in order to decrease nutrients density of the diets, could also attain the same effect as in the regime 2. With a view to studying the rules of N retention in Duroc×Shanghai White Pigs, 2 experiments on N metabolism were conducted, using diets of 3 CP levels. Assays were made at 3 stages of different body weights. The results showed a high correlation between the N intake (x) and the N retention (Y) (r=0.753), and the following regression equation was derived: Y=11.705+0.1435x. This indicated that increasing the CP level in the late finishing period conformed with the growth rule of lean type pigs. Five farm extension experiments with 548 different hybrid piglets, confirmed that better effects and increased lean rate could be obtained by using these restricted feeding systems.
