黄菖蒲种子萌芽特性研究

摘  要:
以黄菖蒲为试验材料,主要对黄菖蒲种子萌芽及休眠原因进行了探索,以期找到提高种子萌芽率的有效方法,为黄菖蒲种子的播种育苗工作及其园林应用提供科学的理论依据。结果表明,黄菖蒲的种子黄褐色,表皮光滑,种子千粒质量(39.867±0.675)g,同时采收后室温储藏至第2年种子生活力可达90%以上;未去种皮种子相比去种皮种子吸水量有明显提高,说明种皮具有一定的透水及保水能力;赤霉素可以少量提高黄菖蒲种子萌芽率,且缩短种子萌芽所需时间,使种子萌芽期较为集中,其中以100 mg/L的赤霉素处理效果最好;黄菖蒲剥去种皮并用其伴随处理种子萌芽率最高,萌芽时间最早,且种子萌芽速率高于其他2种处理,但未去种皮处理种子出苗后长势最好。由此可见,吸水困难并不是影响黄菖蒲种子萌芽的原因,种皮中虽可能存在促进种子的萌芽物质,但其对种子萌芽存在明显的物理抑制作用。

摘  要:
In this paper,germination and dormancy reasons of seeds was explored with Iris pseudacorus L.as material on purpose to find an effective method to improve the germination rate of seeds and to provide scientific and theoretical basis for sowing,breeding and landscape application of Iris pseudacorus.The results showed that: 1.seeds of Iris pseudacorus L.were tawny and glossy;the weight of thousand seeds was(39.867±0.675) g.And seeds 90% stored up in room had vitality;2.Water absorbing capacity of seeds with episperm had increased significantly compared with seeds without episperm.It explained that episperm had definite permeable and water retaining capacity;3.GA could enhance germination rate of seeds marginally and shorten required time of seeds germination so that it made germination stages in concentrate.By 100 mg/L GA treatment,the germination rate was the highest;4.By means of stripping episperm with its own treatment,the germination rate was the highest and the germination time was the earliest.Moreover,the germination speed was higher than in other treatments.But,seeds with episperm grew best after the growth of seedlings.It suggests that bibulous difficulty was not the reasons that affected seeds germination.Although there might be some substance of promoting seeds germination within the episperm,it was obvious that episperm had physical inhibitory action for seeds germination.
