县域农民征地补偿安置情况调查分析——以河北省高阳县、易县、清苑县为例

摘  要：
文章用系统分析和对比分析法,对高阳、易县、清苑等地区800多户失地农民征地后的生产、生活状况和补偿安置情况进行分析,找出了影响失地农民生活质量的主要因素和政府在征地过程中存在的主要问题,并提出提高补偿款、为农民提供合理的社会保障和提供就业培训、建立就业信息系统等对策和建议。

摘  要：
Using systematic method and comparison method, the situation of compensation, resettlement living, product of landless peasants more than 800 families which living in the Gaoyang county, Yixian county and Qingyuan county was analyzed in the paper. The major factors of impact on the quality of life on landless peasants and the main problems in the process of government expropriation land were found. At the same time, several suggestions were put forward, i.e., making recommendations for farmers with a reasonable social security, providing job training, constructing employment information systems, etc.
