人民币汇率升值对农产品进出口的影响——以江苏省的实证检验为例

摘  要：
根据弹性分析理论,在符合"马歇尔-勒纳"条件时,汇率升值具有促进进口、抑制出口的作用。通过构建计量经济学模型对2005~2007年江苏省农产品进出口贸易与人民币汇率的相关数据进行实证检验。结果表明,人民币汇率升值导致江苏省农产品进口显著增加,但短期内尚未对江苏省农产品的出口贸易造成显著的不利影响。最后,进一步对实证结果作出分析并指出了相应的政策含义。

摘  要：
According to the elasticity analysis theory,if 'Marshall-Lerner' condition can be meet,exchange rate's appreciation would promote import and restrain export.Empirical test of the import & export of agricultural products statistical data from Jiangsu Province and the RMB exchange rate was made by constructing the econometric model.The results showed that the RMB appreciation had caused the import of agricultural products to increase in Jiangsu Province,but the negative impact on the export of agricultural products was not significant in the short period.Then,the empirical results were analyzed deeply and some corresponding policy suggests were put forward.
