基于振动信号的柴油机故障诊断方法研究

摘  要:
针对柴油机表面振动信号的非平稳时变特性 ,引入局域波分析方法 ,它有效克服了用传统方法进行非线性、非平稳信号分析时产生无意义谐波分量的缺点。并提出了应用局域波时频分析方法和边界谱分析法对柴油机进行故障诊断的方法。利用这两种方法对现场和实验室两种工作环境下的实测数据进行分析处理 ,分析结果表明了该方法的有效性和工程实用性

摘  要:
Aiming at the non stationary and time varying characteristics of the vibration signal from a diesel engine surface,the local wave method was introduced for its fault diagnosis. The method can efficiently overcome the disadvantages caused by the traditional methods, which eliminate the need for spurious harmonics to represent nonlinear and non stationary signals.Meanwhile time frequency and boundary spectrum based on the local wave method were proposed and discussed for diesel engine fault diagnosis as new methods. Then the data tested under field and laboratory were processed and analyzed using these methods, and conclusion were presented. The experimental results proved their validity and practicality.
