一起细菌性食物中毒的流行病学调查分析

摘  要:
目的:2014年8月21日辖区某宾馆两名学生举办谢师宴招待客人后发生一起群体性食物中毒事件,积极查找本次事件的发生原因、爆发范围及途径等相关情况,为合理采取有效的预防及控制措施提供科学依据。方法:对参加谢师宴的人员及宾馆相关人员进行流行病学调查,对该宾馆的后厨进行了卫生学调查,同时采样进行病原学检测。结果:共计发病82人,罹患率20.5%;临床症状和体征主要以腹泻、呕吐、腹痛、恶心、头痛和发热等消化道症状为主;根据流行病学调查资料进行病例对照研究显示,葱油心片、蒜泥豆角和甲鱼炖放养鸡为可疑食品,将可疑食品进一步使用单因素Logistic回归分析和多因素Logistic回归分析,得出蒜泥豆角为最终的可疑食品。结论:综合分析流行病学调查结果、临床症状、卫生学调查等,确定本次事件是一起细菌引起的食物中毒事件,蒜泥豆角为最终的可疑食品。

摘  要:
【Objective】A mass food poisoning event happened after two students hold graduation the banquet in the area on August 21,2014. The research was aimed to find the causes,scope and approach the outbreak and other relevant circumstances to provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control measures. 【Method】To conduct epidemiological survey from the persons attending the banquet including the hotel kitchen.【Result】Totally 82 people attacked,attack rate was 20. 5%. The clinical symptoms were mainly diarrhea vomiting,abdominal pain,nausea,headache and fever. Onion slices,garlic beans and turtle stew chicken were suspicious.【Conclusion】The comprehensive analysis of epidemiological findings and clinical symptoms,health surveys confirmed that the incident was food poisoning caused by bacterial.
