苹果种子休眠与萌发的温度条件及乙烯代谢研究

摘 要:
在2±1℃条件下,层积30天左右是‘秦冠’苹果种子解除休眠的临界期,这时,如果把种子置于25℃条件下会引起次生休眠。25和35℃的高温,-15℃的低温或15℃(8 h)/2℃(16h)的变温处理都不能打破休眠。种子休眠与萌发的不同阶段内源乙烯(C_2H_2)生成量不同,在解除休眠临界期有一个乙烯生成高峰,故可以认为乙烯是打破休眠的启动因子。外源乙烯和ACC(1-氨环丙烷-1-羧酸)对苹果种子萌发有抑制作用;5%的CO_2。对萌发和胚轴生长有促进效果;10mM的AOA(氨氧乙酸)刺激萌发,但抑制生长。

摘 要:
The critical period of 'Qinguan'apple seeds stratified at 2±l℃ was found to be around 30 days. A temperature of 25℃ induced secondary dormancy of these seeds. Alternate temperatures of 15℃ ( 8 hours)/2℃ (16 hours)as well as 25, 35 and - 15℃could not break the dormancy. Ethylene production changed during the different stages of dormancy and germination. A peak of ethylene production occurred on the 30th day after stratification at 2 ℃. It seemed that ethylene served as a tri-ger to break the dormancy of apple seeds.Extrogenous ethylene and ACC inhibited germination but 5 % CO_2 promoted seed germination and hypo-cotyl growth. Conversely, AOA promoted germination and inhibited hypocotyl growth.
