噻虫啉拌种对玉米幼苗生理生化指标的影响

摘  要:
旨在明确噻虫啉悬浮种衣剂拌种对玉米幼苗生长、玉米幼苗叶片保护酶和根系活力的影响。通过室内盆栽法,以噻虫啉浓度为2、4、5、6、8 g/kg(种子)拌种,测定玉米幼苗三叶一心期的生长指标(株高、根长、茎粗、须根数和鲜重)、根系活力和叶片保护酶。结果表明:噻虫啉拌种能显著提高玉米幼苗的各生长指标、叶片保护酶活性和根系活力,随着噻虫啉浓度的增加呈现出先升高后降低的趋势,且浓度为4~5 g/kg(种子)拌种处理大于吡虫啉处理,8 g/kg(种子)处理对玉米植株的生长已经有了轻微的抑制作用,但叶片保护酶活性和根系活力值仍高于空白对照处理。研究结果表明:合适剂量的噻虫啉拌种处理可以显著促进玉米幼苗的生长。

摘  要:
The objectives are to clarity the effect of thiacloprid suspension seed dressing on maize seedlinggrowth, protective enzyme in leaves and root activity. The method of indoor pot planting was used. Theconcentrations of seed dressing with thiacloprid were 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 g/kg(seed). The growth indexes(plant height,root length, stem thick, fibrous root number, fresh weight) of maize seedling at three leaves-one shoot stage,root activity and protective enzyme in leaves were detected. The results showed that the seed dressing withthiacloprid could significantly increase the growth of maize seedling, protective enzyme in leaves, and rootactivity, along with the concentration increase, they increased first and then decreased. The effect of 4-5 g/kgseed dressing treatment with thiacloprid had higher value than that of imidacloprid treatment. The 8 g/kg seeddressing treatment with thiacloprid had a slight inhibition effect on the growth of maize plant, but the leafprotective enzyme and root vigor were still higher than that of the control. The results suggest that theappropriate dose of seed dressing with thiacloprid could significantly promote the growth of maize seedlings.
