47份苜蓿种质材料抗旱性综合评价

摘  要:
在分枝期采用盆栽方式对47份苜蓿种质材料进行干旱胁迫处理,选择12个抗旱性评价指标,通过隶属函数分析法对其抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明:47份种质材料中,DLF192、劲特4.2、和田大叶、CW701、北林1号、陇东、驯鹿、拉达克、DL193、陇中、肇东等种质材料抗旱性较强。12个抗旱性评价指标中,根长、根冠比、根长胁迫指数、地下生物量胁迫指数、根冠比胁迫指数、旱害指数、恢复指数7项指标与隶属函数平均值相关性显著,能很好地评价苜蓿的抗旱性。

摘  要:
47 Medicago germplasm materials were evaluated at branching stage.The results showed that DLF192,Hetian Daye,CW701,Beilin No.1,Longdong,AC Caribou,Ladak,DL193,Longzhong,Zhaodong were of higher drought-resistance.The mean value of subordinate function had significant correlation with root length,root-shoot ratio,stress index of root length,stress index of underground biomass,stress index of root-shoot ratio,drought injury index,recovery index respectively,indicating that these 7drought-resistance evaluation indices can evaluate drought-resistance of Medicago well.
