近年来房地产业快速发展形成了大量的人才需求,设有土地资源管理专业的高校应积极顺应这一趋势,遵循就业导向原则,重视对房地产类课程的设置和内容安排,处理好土地资源管理专业课与房地产类课程的相互关系,注重对学生实践操作能力的培养,完善自身的课程体系和课程内容。

摘 要：
In recent years,the rapid development of real estate industry is resulting in great demand for professionals.Universities which set land resource management should follow the trend,abide by the principle of employment guidance,attach importance to real estate curriculum and the content arrangement,coordinate with the relationship between land resources management courses and real estate courses,focus on training the practical ability of students,improve their curriculum system and course content.
