摘 要：
云南西双版纳斗鸡是近年来引进的鸡新品种选育种质资源。为了利用好该鸡种优良的种质特性,研究中用其他优良鸡种与其杂交,以期使更多的优良性状组合在一起,甚至超过双亲,从而将杂交优势在生产中加以应用。试验结果表明,选育青脚白羽鸡作母本、西双版纳斗鸡作父本的测交组合,其经济性状效果较好,对其测交的胫、趾颜色效应奇特。研究该效应,对于丰富西双版纳斗鸡遗传育种理论和指导育种实践具有重要的意义。

摘 要：
Xishuangbanna game chicken is a species of newly-introduced chicken germplasm in recent years.In order to utilize excellent germplasm characteristics of Xishuangbanna game chicken better,other high-quality chicken varieties were crossbred with Xishuangbanna game chicken in the research,so as to obtain more excellent character combinations(even superior to the parents) and apply the heterosis in the production.The experimental results showed that the testcross combinations with cyan-foot and white-feather chicken as female parent and Xishuangbanna game chicken as male parent had better economic characters and the testcross had a remarkable effect on changing the shank and toe colors.The effect research is of important significance for enriching the genetics and breeding theory of Xishuangbanna game chicken and guiding the breeding practice of Xishuangbanna game chicken.
