摘 要：
Xiaozhang powder is based on veterinary medicine theory,which is composed of hawthorn,bitter orange,medicated leaven,Poria cocos,tangerine peel,Atractylodes macrocephala,Gallus gallus domesticus and Ginger pinellia.The effect of Xiaozhang powder on the gastric emptying and the small bowel motility of mice was studied.The results showed that,the groups of big,medium,small doses Xiaozhang powder could significantly reduce the OD values of mouse gastric residual pigment(P<0.01),and significantly increase stomach pigment emptying rate of the mice(P<0.01);The group of Xiaozhang powder could increase carbon advance rate of the mice.Xiaozhang powder can promote gastric emptying of mice and increase the peristalsis ability of the small intestine,and the best effect is the group of 1.5 g/kg Xiaozhang powder.
