海南产渔游蛇分类地位的初步探究

摘 要：
《中国动物志》与文献记载渔游蛇属分类存在矛盾,故本文探讨了海南产渔游蛇的分类地位。通过统计国内渔游蛇的腹鳞、尾下鳞等鳞片的数量及差异系数计算,分析色斑差异,结合其他文献与数据库信息和地理分布信息,进行了初步研究。结果显示,全国各地的鳞片数几乎无显著性差异,网纹渔游蛇与黄斑渔游蛇色斑差异不明显,海南产渔游蛇与两者差异也不明显。由此得结论为:海南产渔游蛇与中国大陆的渔游蛇为同一物种,中国除西藏地区外只有一种渔游蛇;建议将其中文名更名为网纹渔游蛇,拉丁名暂时保留Xenochrophis piscator。

摘 要：
The taxonomy of Xenochrophis species is contradictory in Fauna Sinica and in other research literature.We here discuss the taxonomic status of Xenochrophis species in Hainan Province.We analyzed the scale count of gastrostege and urostege,studied color patches,and reviewed literature,database information,and geographical distribution information.The number of scales showed no significant difference between Xenochrophis species in China.The difference of color patch in X.piscator,X.flavipunctatus,and Xenochrophis sp.in Hainan was not significant.We conclude that Xenochrophis sp.in Hainan Province and Xenochrophis sp.in mainland China are one species.There is only one species of Xenochrophis in China except Tibet Autonomous Region.We suggest that the English name of this snake species be changed to Checkered Keelback,and that the scientific name Xenochrophis piscator be retained.
