对蛋鸡养殖场(户)面临的市场风险从生产、销售及外部冲击等方面进行梳理和分析,其中生产资料、产品价格波动及突发疫病等是广大养殖场(户)面临的主要市场风险且难以防控。文章对此提出相应的规避措施,以期为蛋鸡产业发展提供一定的参考。

摘  要：
Market risk faced by layer farms( or farmers) was combed and analyzed in terms of production,marketing and external shocks,in which production data,price volatility of products,and sudden epidemic were the majority market risks that layer farms( or farmers) faced,yet difficult to prevention and control. This article proposed appropriate avoidance measures to provide reference for layer industry.
