摘 要：
本文在分析宁夏葡萄酒产业人才现状及岗位人才需求的基础上,在美国社区学院教育理念和策略启示下,探讨宁夏葡萄酒产业复合型人才培养路径。提出在高职扩招和"互联网+教育"的背景下,跨院系课程+网络化教育+岗位课程教学资源库的建设是必然趋势。通过深化教师、教材、教法改革,实施1+X证书制度,采用升学教育+职业技能培训+岗前企业实训的"一体化"人才培养模式,积极探索学分制柔性化管理,培养出复合型人才来满足产业发展需要。

摘 要：
Based on the analysis of the current situation and demand of wine industry talents in Ningxia,under the enlightenment of educational philosophy and strategy of American community colleges,to explore the cultivation path of compound talents in Ningxia wine industry.It was pointed out that under the background of higher vocational enrollment expansion and "Internet + education",it was an inevitable trend to build inter-disciplinary project+ network education + post teaching resource database construction.Through deepening the reform of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods,implement 1+X certificate system,adopt the "integrated" talent training mode of higher education,vocational skills training and pre-job training,active exploration credit system flexible management,cultivate compound talents to meet industrial development.
