棉田滴灌带剩余量检测系统的优化设计

摘  要:
根据棉农在棉田铺设滴灌带过程中出现的问题进行了滴灌带剩余量检测系统的设计;提出了基于传感器的检测剩余量机理,包括信息采集、信息传输和预警显示等硬件系统;主要介绍了由传感器、单片机、通信协议和显示屏组成的滴灌带剩余量检测硬件系统。同时,用汇编语言编制了上位机和下位机的控制程序,能实现上、下位机的低误码率通信,并将检测的结果实时地通过显示屏显示出来。实验表明:该检测系统优化设计是可行的,为滴灌带剩余量检测系统的更深一步研究提供了参考。

摘  要:
Analysis of the process of he farmers putting drip irrigation belt t on the cotton fields,designing the system of detection surplus of drip irrigation belt. The remaining amount detection mechanism based on sensor: including information collection,information transmission and warning display hardware system. Introducing mainly consists of sensors, MCU,communication protocol,the display surplus of the drip irrigation belt amount detection hardware system. At the same time,the use of assembly language programming the control program of upper machine and lower machine,it can achieve the following functions: low bit error rate of communication,it will display the test results in real time through the screen display. Experimental results show: the detection system optimization design is feasible,and it provides a reference with the deeper researching detection system of the surplus of drip irrigation belt.
