有机胺改性海藻酸钠凝胶微球的制备及对药物的缓释作用

摘  要:
通过正己胺、正庚胺对海藻酸钠进行疏水改性,采用乳化-内部凝胶化技术分别制得负载小分子抗肿瘤药物β-榄香烯和小分子抗病毒药物阿德福韦的改性海藻酸钠凝胶微球,通过色谱法考察体外释放性能。正己胺、正庚胺改性海藻酸钠凝胶微球对药物β-榄香烯和阿德福韦的负载能力提高,且具有优良的缓释性能。改性凝胶微球对两种药物的包埋率都超过85%,48h体外累释放率超过55%。

摘  要:
Sodium alginate was hydrophobically modified through hexyl amine and heptyl amine.Load of small molecular anticancer drugsβ-Elemene and antiviral drugs adefovir modified alginate gel microspheres were prepared by emulsification-internal gelatification technology,and In vitro drug release property was examined using gas chromatography.The modified alginate hydrogel has higher capacity and better sustained release toβ-Elemene and adefovir than unmodified alginate hydrogel,respectively.
