芹菜生产中的有机无机肥最佳配比研究

摘  要:
[目的]研究有机无机肥配比对芹菜产量和NO3--N含量的影响,为绿色蔬菜生产中的有机无机肥配合施用提供科学依据。[方法]温室条件下,以芹菜为蔬菜代表,设计了鸡粪与尿素5个配比处理,3次重复的田间试验,对试验结果进行数据统计分析。[结果]随施用无机氮质量百分数增加,NO3--N含量呈明显增加趋势;生产NO3--N含量≤785 mg/kg的绿色蔬菜标准芹菜,无机氮百分数应≤35.6%;最高产量的有机无机肥配比是29.2%∶70.8%;产量相对较高,经济效益最佳的有机无机肥配比为64.4%∶35.6%,此时的产量为76 528 kg/hm2,相当于最高产量的95.8%,纯收益为97 606元/hm2,比纯用化肥增加收益28.6%,比纯用有机肥增加收益16.2%,比最高产量时增加收益25.2%。[结论]增加有机肥投入量,降低化肥比例,实现绿色蔬菜生产、达到增产增收是可行的,绿色芹菜生产中的经济效益最佳的有机无机肥配比为64.4%∶35.6%。

摘  要:
[Objective] The scientific basis of the green vegetable was provided through the study on the ratio of organic and inorganic fertilization in celery production and the test of NO3——N content.[Method] The field experiment in celery cultivation in greenhouse with 5 different treatments of chicken manure and urea conditions and 3 repetitions was conducted and the test results were statistically analyzed.[Results] With the ratio of application of inorganic nitrogen, the content of NO3——N showed a marked increment;in the standard green celery products with the content of NO3——N of ≤ 785 mg/kg,the percentage of inorganic nitrogen should be ≤ 35.6% and the ratio of organic and inorganic in fertilizer the highest yield was 29.2%∶70.8%.While the yield was relatively high,the ratio of organic and inorganic fertilizer with the best economic benefits was 64.4%∶35.6%, at that condition,the yield was 76 528 kg/hm2,which was equivalent to 95.8% of the maximum yield,pure income was 97 606 yuan/hm2,with more 28.6% net income-increasing than that from the application of pure chemical fertilization;more 16.2% net income than that from the application of organic manure and more 25.2% net income than that from the measure while it was the highest yield.[Conclusion] It was feasible to increase the organic manure,to reduce the chemical fertilizer for green vegetable production and the best ratio of organic and inorganic was 64.4%∶35.6%.
