双荚决明成熟花粉的超微结构观察

摘  要:
[目的]观察双荚决明(Cassia bicapsularis Linn.)花粉的超微结构,并首次对双荚决明花粉的形态特征进行系统描述。[方法]采用扫描电子显微镜观察。[结果]双荚决明正常的花粉形态为椭球形,极面观为钝的凸三角形,赤道面观为钝的截形菱形。花粉大小为21~23μm(极面),13~16μm(赤道面),极轴与赤道轴的比值为1.44~1.54。花粉的萌发器官是其萌发孔,正常的花粉粒有3条萌发沟,属3沟孔的萌发孔类型,萌发沟在极面端不汇合,在赤道面处隆起,是花粉破裂花粉管萌发的位置。花粉具有穿孔状雕纹。[结论]该研究可以为双荚决明花粉的相关研究奠定基础。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to observe the ultrastructure of C.bicapsularis Linn.pollen grain,and describe the its morphological features for the first time.[Method] The scanning electron microscopy was used.[Result] The normal morphological features of C.bicapsularis Linn.pollen grain was ellipsoid,it was obtuse triangle at polar view and was obtuse truncate rhombus at equatorial view.The size of pollen grain was 21-23 μm at polar view,13-16 μm at equatorial view,and the ratio of polar axis to equatorial axis was 1.44-1.54.The germination organ of normal pollen grain was its germinal apertures with 3 hollows.The hollows did not gather together in polar plane,swelled in equatorial plane,was the position of pollen grain breaking and pollen tube germination.The pollen grain had perforate.[Conclusion] The study lays a basis for the relative researches of C.bicapsularis Linn.pollen.
