“实践八号”卫星搭载对蒙农杂种冰草生物学特性的影响

摘  要:
[目的]为筛选品质优良的蒙农杂种冰草新品种提供理论参考。[方法]以未搭载的蒙农杂种冰草种子为对照,搭载种子为处理,通过观察、测定、比较它们的生理生态指标,研究航空搭载对蒙农杂种冰草种子生物学特性的影响。[结果]在搭载种子中,2.1%的种子的植株株高低于222 mm(对照的植株株高均高于223 mm);3.2%的种子的植株叶片长低于145 mm(对照植株叶片长均高于146 mm);5.3%的种子的植株叶片宽超过3.73 mm(对照植株叶片宽均低于3.72 mm);8.4%的种子的植株单株重超过0.9337 g(对照植株单株重均低于0.9336 g)。[结论]航空搭载对蒙农杂种冰草种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、发芽速度、叶片数和分蘖数没有显著影响,但对其株高、叶片长、叶片宽、单株鲜重影响较大。

摘  要:
[Objective] The purpose was to supply theoretical references for screening new good-quality cultivars of Agropyron cristatum×Agropyron desertorum cv.Mengnong.[Method] With non-boarded Mengnong seeds as CK,boarded seeds as treatments,the effects of aerospace loading on their biological characteristics were studied through determining,observing and comparing their physiological and ecological indices.[Result] Among all the boarded seeds,the plant heights of 2.1% were lower than 222 mm(all the plant heights of the controlled plants were higher than 223 mm);the leaf lengths of 3.2% were lower than 145 mm(all the leaf lengths of the controlled plants were higher than 146 mm);the leaf widths of 5.3% exceeded 3.73 mm(all the leaf widths of the controlled plants were lower than 3.72 mm);the weights per plant of 8.4% exceeded 0.933 7 g(all the weights per plant of the controlled plants were lower than 0.933 6 g).[Conclusion] Aerospace loading had no significant effect on the germination rates,germination potentials,germination indices,germination speeds,leaf numbers and tiller numbers of Mengnong seeds,but had relatively greater effects on their plant heights,leaf lengths,leaf widths and fresh weight per plant.
