不孕不育403例支原体感染及药敏结果分析

摘  要：
目的:探讨不孕不育患者支原体感染情况及耐药性,以更好的指导临床合理用药。方法:所有标本均应用法国生物-梅里埃公司生产的Mycoplasma IST 2试剂盒进行培养、鉴定、记数及药敏试验。结果:403例被检标本中,支原体阳性数为109例,总阳性率为27%,除4例有Mh感染外均为UU感染;女性病人标本阳性率显著高于男性。UU对6种药物的耐药率依次为红霉素(40.6%)、氧氟沙星(34.6%)、四环素(20.8%)、交沙霉素(9.9%)、原始霉素(4.0%)、强力霉素(2.0%)。结论:对于有支原体感染的不孕不育患者,应根据药敏实验结果合理用药。

摘  要：
Objective:To analyze mycoplasama infection and antibiotic susceptibility testing in patients with infertility for instructing reasonable clinical application of antibiotics Methods:All the subjects were experimented with Mycoplasma IST 2.Results:There were 109positive subjects in all the 403cases,the positive percentage being 27%,and the percentage of positive female subjects was higher than the male.Except for 4cases of Wh infection,105cases were infected with UU,the percentages of resistant rates for antibioticis were as follows:erythromycin(40.6%),ofloxacin(34.6%),tetracycline(20.8%),josamycin(9.9%),pristinamycin(4.0%),and doxcycline(2.0%).Conclusion:Infertile patients of mycoplasma infection should take medicine based on results of antibiotic susceptibility testing.
