摘 要：
指出了随着中国大规模城镇化进程与产业升级,位于城市中心区或近郊的大量传统工业企业搬迁或关停形成的城市棕地,不仅破坏了生态环境,而且造成了严重的土地资源浪费,影响了城市的景观空间环境。因此,如何利用科学的手法,把城市工业废弃地变成有价值的优美的景观空间,成为社会关注热点。我国的城市工业废弃地改造起步较晚,对于工业废弃地改造可以借鉴国外成功案例,采用适合中国国情的生态恢复和重建的措施进行合理化改造,以美国西雅图煤气厂公园的规划设计为例,以期使这一典型案例为中国工业废弃地改造提供理论基础和技术支持。

摘 要：
With large-scale urbanization process and industrial upgrading in China,Urban brownfieldformed by the relocation or shut down of a large number of traditional industrial enterprises located in the central area or suburb of the citynot only destroyed the ecological environment,but also caused a serious waste of land resources,affecting the city's landscape space environment.Therefore,how to make use of scientific methods to turn urban industrial waste land into valuable and beautiful landscape space has become a hot spot of social concern.Because our country city industrial wasteland is at the initial stage,we can learn from foreign successful cases for industrial wasteland and choose the ecological conditions of China restoration and reconstruction measures to make reform.Takingthe Seattle Gas Works Park Planning and design as an example,this paper studied the typical case theory,hoping to provide the basis and technical support for Chinese industrial wasteland.
