城郊型农业主导产业优选模型研究——以桂林市雁山区为例

摘  要:
本文简述了城郊农业主导产业的特征与优选原则,并构建了多层次多方位的城郊农业主导产业优选指标体系。以桂林市雁山区城郊型农业主导产业优选为例,根据当地的地理环境与资源特质并结合实际经济发展情况与趋势,确定了该城郊农业主导产业的体系架构。采用实际调查统计与理论专家模糊判断相融合的方法,构造出城郊农业主导产业的个体判断矩阵和模糊隶属度矩阵。基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,提出了主导产业的优选算法,据此,对该地区农业主导产业优选分类。最后对结果加以微调,从而划分出本地区主导产业、辅助产业和一般产业。通过实际考核验证,算法优选结果符合当地主导产业发展格局,对该地区的农业主导产业优选系统建设有一定的参考价值。

摘  要:
The paper analyzed the characteristics and optimization principle of agriculture leading industry in suburb, based on that, a multi-level optimization index system was designed and then a case study on Yanshan district, Guilin City was made. Combined with the local geographical environment, resource characteristics as well as the economic development, the paper constructed a systematic framework: designing an individual judgment matrix and fuzzy membership matrix of agricultural leading industries in suburb based on investigation statistics and fuzzy judgment. We also presented the optimal algorithm based on methods of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to classify the optimal agricultural leading industries in Yanshan district. Then the paper subdivided the leading industries, second-level industries and general industries in this area. The optimization results were consistent with the local leading industry development pattern and could be a good reference for the region's agricultural leading industry selection system.
