蓝桉枝、叶气态挥发物对幼苗生长的自毒作用

摘  要:
为了解蓝桉枝、叶气态挥发物的自毒作用,用蓝桉不同浓度新鲜枝、叶对蓝桉种子进行处理。结果表明:鲜叶、鲜枝气态挥发物对蓝桉幼苗生长(胚轴长、胚根长、鲜重、干重)影响的规律基本相同,呈现出高浓度抑制,随浓度降低,抑制作用减弱,甚至转变为促进作用的规律。但鲜叶、鲜枝处理对幼苗生长影响的程度大小不同,高浓度时,鲜叶处理对各测试指标的化感抑制作用明显强于鲜枝处理,多重比较表明鲜叶与鲜枝处理间差异都达极显著水平,随浓度降低,鲜叶与鲜枝处理间差异减少,中等浓度时,鲜叶处理后胚轴长、胚根长与鲜枝处理间差异都达显著水平,低浓度时,鲜叶处理后胚轴长、胚根长与鲜枝处理间差异都达极显著水平。

摘  要:
In order to know the autointoxication of branches and leaves volatiles of Eucalyptus globulus,E.globulus seeds were treated by fresh branches and leaves of E.globulus at different concentration.The result showed that influence of fresh branches and leaves volatiles of E.globulus on seedling growth(fresh weight,dry weight,radicle length,hypocotyl length) of E.globulus was similar,showing a rule that high concentration had a negative effect on seedling growth,the negative effect becomes more and more weaker with the lower of concentration,even turn into positive effect.But the influence of treatments of fresh leave and fresh branch was different.At high concentration,fresh leave has a more inhibitory effect on all testing items than that of fresh branch.the multiple comparisons indicated that differences between fresh leave and fresh branch were more obvious,the differences decreased with the lower of concentration.At middle concentration,difference of the testing items(radicle length,hypocotyl length)between fresh leave and fresh branch were more obvious and at low concentration,difference of the testing items(radicle length,hypocotyl length)between fresh leave and fresh branch were most obvious.
