本文借鉴ISO9000质量管理体系标准的新的质量观,提出要在高教领域树立"顾客满意"质量意识的观点,对高等教育领域的"顾客"进行了分析识别,对高等教育领域"顾客满意"的内涵予以探讨,并阐述了树立"顾客满意"质量意识的必要性及要求。

摘  要:
The purpose in writing this paper is to put forward the   standpoint that the consciousness of "customer satisfaction" should be established in higher education ,based on ISO9000 quality management system standards .The author analyzes and distinguishes the customers in higher education ,explores the connotation of "customer satisfaction" in the field ,and also expounds the necessity and significance of the consciousness of "customer satisfaction".
